SO, I do not have the programs to modify Crysis. Spacificly a “good” copy of Crysis.
Now I must decide on another game to modify… I will have to get back to you on that.
I have decided, well, it has been decided for me that I should update this blog more with something more then just a picture and a sentence. So I have decided that I will begin my journey into modddddding models and other art assets in video games I play. While I do this I will go about documenting my process and posting the results here. It’s what every long drawn out, time consuming project needs, a few added hours of paper work.
Let me start however by getting off topic for a moment, as I tend to do. Just recently I purchased a new computer after a two year process of waiting for quad cores to be the standard and not expensive luxury, and the most difficult process finding a computer that had just what I needed and none of the bells and weasels that add hundreds of dollars to the cost, I didn’t need a blue ray burner or anything more then 8 gigs of ram, but most computer packages that offered the higher end CPUs also forced you to get these and other things I just didn’t need. As an additional side note, yet I could have just build my own but most companies have gotten wise to this and I no longer feel that it is cheaper to buy all the individual parts separately because while companies like to make a profit off every part you buy, most companies are willing to take a loss and just make a profit on the package as a whole, making it now cheaper to just buy a pre built tower. To make a long story not really short at this point, for under a thousand bucks I got a new computer capable of running any program or game out right now at very high settings, and as such I had to give it the ultimate computing test, which is at the time of this writing the game Crysis. I was very pleased to find that it could run Crysis, and run it will all the setting set all the way up. However nice this is the truth is I am not much of a gamer, not anymore (here I stand silently for a moment as a gaze into the sunset as if to look into my own past and summer days long past.) SO!!!! Why not take my newfound computing power and give my hand at modding some of the art assets in the game. So that is what I’m going to do.
Over the next few weeks I will be checking in from time to time to report on the progress and process of the modifications I’m making to the game. All I need to do now is resist all urges I have to just make everything naked… RESSSSIIISSTTTTT!!!
For those interested in my computers new specs, here they be.

LAB #3
Here it is, this is my blog. Please feel free to look around, just don’t touch anything you’ll make it dirty.
To my friends who may be wondering what this is all about, I have a school assignment to do a blog, to all those in my class and my teacher, this is all your fault. Lucky for me I already have a blog, and it will only take a few moments to tidy this one up. Because of certain sensibilities of classmates and teachers I have decided to hide all my earlier post that may be viewed unprofessional, or inappropriate. This dose however lower the number of viewable post from hundreds to…. six? The engulfing span of perversion and vulgarity that once filled this web space even takes me aback for a moment. Yet it will be missed, at least for a time as it disappears into the shadows of time. But fear not you sticky creatures, by and by this assignment will be over, and the nudity, strong language, and all that is truly gross shall return from its hiding place, and we shall sing, and dance, and play once more in the shadow of our beloved glowing Locknar.
So this is it, my art blog, my sharing place, the place where the worlds gets to see what’s inside my head. I don’t really care to make tutorials and I feel most of the art is self explanatory, so post are confined to a picture and a brief. As blogs are a place to share interest, and as none of you are of no interest to me, comments have been, and will always be, turned off.
A LITTLE HISTORY:
This blog started out as a review sight, what I reviewed was caffeinated products. Drinks, candy, soap, and did it all. My site was different however, I would receive every product in bulk and I would spend an entire week doing everything I could imagine with it and documenting the results. This included an assortment of test, such as; how late could one serving/use keep you up at night, how good it woke you up in the morning, etc. It was fun for a while, I was never cleaner then the week I used caffeine soap. There is, I’m afraid, a limit to how much one person can take. Shortly I found that most energy drinks taste like chewed up multi vitamins, and I began to miss sleep very, very much. I just could not take it anymore and before I knew it, my caffeine days where over (excluding tea and the cool refreshing taste of coke zero of course.)
The problem then arose, what does a fella such as myself do when he has three years clear and paid for a domain and hosting. I have always thought of myself as a man of many passions, but the only one that seemed to fit the domain title was my passion for art; with a full time job and full time school it takes living caffeinated to get any art done. This brings us to the present day. It might not be what I first intended it to be, but here it is none the less. A place to post the goings on of my artistic comings and goings. Whether it be a photo of a sketch taken from my phone, or a 3o hour painting, I post what I can here, and save the rest for my private in enjoyment.
So have a look around, see what you might like or dislike. You have the right to feel anyway you like about my work, and that’s OK by me, we all have different taste. Just remember, don’t touch anything.
